I am Elizabeth, an Aries sun, Aquarius moon, Cancer rising, a mother, a lover of nature, yoga, slow and cyclical living, rest, ritual and all things creative.

I’m a multidisciplinary creative, women’s mentor and space holder tending to creativity and honouring embodiment.

My creative services are rooted in embodiment, connection + ritual and the heart of this work sits in my desire to build a community of embodied, aligned and abundant creative lives. To make living itself art.

I have over a decade of experience working in and around visual projects in the forms of creative direction, photography, website design and online presence.

I also offer one:one sessions for you to explore the development of your own inner guidance, wisdom and creative potential and to take inspired action to birth your offering into the world.

I write a Substack, sharing reflections on the living artistry of self expression, creative process and practice, sacred, slow and embodiment living as well as my own personal journey of being a mother and a creative.
