Yoga is a self inquiry of who we are, what were feeling and how we can make changes to our inner and outer self to become more in tune with how we feel and how our actions affect ourselves, each other and the environment around us. I am passionate for embodiment, for living fully and wholly within the wisdom of the body. I will guide you through an exploration of physical embodiment paired with mindful observation of breath creating a holistic connection to yourself and the natural world. I am a firm believer that balance is so important, both on and off the mat. I like to teach a combination playful fluid movement, long holds ending with a restorative meditation creating a safe place for students to explore themselves honestly.
I am available for one-on-one and group practices that incorporate yoga asana, pranayama and guided meditation.
