I come back to this little blog over and over but I struggle to always find the words. I do however always having weekly musings, so I dedicate this little space for that. For myself, for others...
LEARNING: Incredibly interested in the idea of Human Design after coming across Jenna Zoe through Instagram. Human Design combines the knowledge of the Hindu chakras, the Chinese iChing, conventional astrology and the kabbalistic Tree of Life. In Jenna's words 'Human Design is the contract your soul makes with the Universe about who you came to be, what you came to do, and what karma you came to correct this lifetime around.'
EATING: After finding out I'm not so well this week, I've been concentrating on my health more than ever, less hot chocolates (even though its freezing in Melbourne) more cooked veggies. I'm a little addicted to Gather & Feast's Carrot and Tumeric fritters. I really recommend adding mushrooms & kale.
MEDITATION: Mediation and I find and loose one another too often. I've been using Insight timer everyday for the past 2 weeks, just for ten simple minutes each morning. They have so many great recorded meditations for when you need a little guidance.
